New Delhi : The Left Saturday questioned Baba Ramdev’s indefinite hunger strike against black money, saying that the way religious leaders are taking the political platform is a mystery.
“Struggle against corruption is a national struggle. Anybody can raise the demand of fight against corruption. This is a common demand… if this demand is being raised by religious leader, I don’t feel intrigued, but if the religious leaders suddenly tries to be placed in a political platform, it becomes mysterious,” Communist Party of India leader Gurudas Dasgupta told Times Now news channel.
On the Lokpal bill, he said it should cover all public officials.
