New Delhi: The University Grants Commission has released the list of selected candidates for the Maulana Azad National Fellowship for the year 2010-11. The fellowship for the minority students pursuing studies leading to M. Phil/Ph.D. degree is run by Union Ministry of Minority Affairs. The UGC implements the scheme.
The fellowship is granted every year to 756 students belonging to the Minority communities i.e. Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist and Parsi and pursuing studies leading to M. Phil/Ph.D. degree (Full Time) in Arts, Commerce, Science and Engineering.
For the year 2010-11 applications were submitted online from 9th June to 30th June.
