New Delhi : YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy has moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the Andhra Pradesh High Court order directing the Central Bureau of Investigation to register a case and investigate allegations that he had amassed huge wealth.
Jaganmohan Reddy filed his plea Tuesday and it is likely to come up in court later this week. The allegations against him were made by state minister P. Shankar Rao.
