New Delhi: Law Minister Salman Khurshid Wednesday urged people not to speculate about who exploded a bomb at the Delhi High Court that killed 10 people.
“It is a very sensitive issue and there is not enough information available immediately, we should not speculate,” Khurshid told reporters.
