New Delhi: The Delhi government Tuesday announced setting up of a cell to facilitate relief and rehabilitation of the Sep 7 bomb blast victims.
The cell will function from the office of the deputy commissioner (revenue), New Delhi, an official release said.
Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit also announced the measure while visiting Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital to meet the victims of the bomb blast.
“We assure each victim of the blast all possible help and the best treatment. The newly-constituted cell will look into all such concerns with an humanistic approach and ty to provide a feasible solution,” she said.
Dikshit has also instructed that the victims, after getting released from the RML Hospital, will be provided further medical assistance in the nearest hospitals under the city government.
The blast at Delhi High Court on Sep 7 killed 13 people and left over 90 injured.
