Lucknow: In an angry young man image, Congress yuvraj Rahul Gandhi lashed out at Chief Minister (CM) Mayawati for ignoring a larger section of the population. Rahul expressed his pity for the people as he felt they are rather patient and not angry towards Mayawati, considering the fact they are treated too badly.
“It is evident that CM Mayawati does not care for all, she has concerns only for her party workers. Still you are taking it patiently, I feel angry over this,” he said. Rahul addressed a series of meetings at Utraula, Balrampur and Gainsri of Uthar Pradesh [UP].
Refraining from ‘beggar’ controversy, Rahul mellowed down his tone stating that people from UP leaves to other states, as it is hard to find jobs out here and they have no other ways to earn their livelihood.
He also lashed out at CM Mayawati for living in whole sought of comforts while the poor people were finding it hard to survive. Even Mulayam was not spared from being targeted as he reminded the people about the lawlessness during his regime.
Rahul reminded that Mayawati had a history of alliance with BJP while Mulayam too was not behind as he had political adjustments with estranged BJP leader Kalyan Singh.
