Udit Raj said that Team Anna should understand their weaknesses. “They may have organized big shows at Ramlila Ground and Jantar Mantar, but the silent majority may not necessarily be with them,” Raj said.

“If the All India Confederation of SC/ST (Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes) Organisations would not have swung into action then Anna Hazare would not have been compelled to talk about inclusion of these communities,” Raj added.

The draft bill, approved by the cabinet Tuesday, provides for a nine-member Lokpal commission, including the chairperson, having a 50 percent reservation for SCs, STs, OBCs (Other Backward Classes) and minorities.
