Ajmer: Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi on Monday offered prayers at the Ajmer Shareef Dargah of Sufi saint Hazrat Moinuddin Chishty. Like millions, the minister is also a follower of Hazrat Gharib Nawaz and was at the holy shrine to take blessings. This was his first visit to the Dargah after assuming office in June 2011.

At Ajmer, the minister assured people that he is trying to rename the Ajmer railway station as “Ajmer Shareef Junction” as a mark of respect to great Sufi saint of India.
