New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Saturday discussed the upcoming budget session with President Pratibha Patil at a 30-minute meeting at Rashtrapati Bhavan here.
The two leaders also talked about issues of national and international importance, an official statement said.
Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will present the budget in parliament March 16.
