Kabul: As many as 45 people were killed Monday in an avalanche in Afghanistan’s Nuristan province, an official said.
Deputy to provincial governor Qazi Mohammad Nabi Ahmadi said the avalanche struck in in Mandol district of the eastern Afghan province, reported Xinhua.
