Gurgaon : The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) here would showcase India’s knowledge infrastructure, Corporate Affairs Minister M. Veerappa Moily said during a visit Wednesday.
Moily said that IICA will add a new dimension to the country’s knowledge infrastructure, just as the setting up of Indian Institutes of Management or Indian Institutes of Technology.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will inaugurate the institution April 13.
The ministry has established IICA as a unique world-class institution to function as a think tank, action research, service delivery and capacity building support to the ministry, corporate sector, professionals and related stakeholders.
The campus is situated on 14 acres of land on National Highway 8 and cost of Rs.211 crore.
