Kochi : The Kerala High Court Tuesday dismissed the pleas of two Italian Marines to quash the first information report filed against them by Kerala Police in the Feb 15 fishermen shooting case.
Two Indian fishermen were allegedly mistaken as pirates and shot dead by Marines Latorre Massimillano and Salvatore Girone, while serving as the security crew aboard cargo vessel Enrica Lexie, off Alappuzha in Kerala.
