New York: UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has met his counterparts from Spain, Ethiopia and Sri Lanka on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting.
The UAE minister met acting Ethiopian foreign minister Berhane Gebre-Christos, and discussed ways to boost bilateral relations.
Sheikh Abdullah also met Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia, and discussed ties in economy, investment and trade.
The two leaders exchanged views on Syria, the Palestinian issue and the peace process in the Middle East.
The UAE minister met Sri Lankan Foreign Minister G.L. Peiris, and discussed development of bilateral relations and investment.
