Beijing: At least nine people were killed in China’s Hunan province Friday after a bus veered off the road, Xinhua reported.
The accident occurred in the afternoon in Zhonghuopu village when a bus barged into a roadside crowd after its driver lost his control over the vehicle, municipal officials said.
At least six people died on the site but three of the five others injured died at the hospital.
The accident’s cause was being probed.
