SDPI demands BJP President Gadkari to step down on moral ground

Bhopal: The Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), has called upon the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), to clean its stables before raising the bogey of corruption and demanded that the party president, Nitin Gadkari should step down on moral ground in the face of accusations made by India Against Corruption against him on October 17.

National President of the SDPI, E. Abubacker issued a statement, following allegations made by activist turned politicians Arvind Kejriwal and IAC member Anajali Damania. They have accused Gadkari of grabbing 100 acres of land from some of Maharashtra’s poorest farmers in collaboration with Ajit Pawar, leader of the Nationalist Congress Party, (NCP).
