Ranchi: The Jharkhand assembly winter session will begin Nov 30, an official said here Saturday.
“The Jharkhand cabinet Saturday decided to convene the winter session of the assembly from Nov 30. The session will conclude on December 6,” cabinet secretary N.N. Pandey said.
“The cabinet also decided to hike the salary of the Jharkhand State Women’s Commission chairman to Rs.70,000 per month from Rs.25,000 per month. The members of the commission’s salary has been hiked to Rs.63,000 per month from Rs.22,000 per month.”
