Mumbai: Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is organising a ‘Career Fest – the Next Step.’
This is the fifth year of two days annual career fest aimed at providing guidance to students.
The organisers are planning a series of workshops and lectures in several colleges in the city. Besides, they plan to organise essay writing competitions.
AMP is organinsg this event in collaboration with Anjuman-i-Islam, Hind Foundation, All India Ideal Teachers Association (AIITA) and Leap India Foundation.
MLA Amin Patel, Chairman of Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation Ltd, has also extended his support to the event.
AMP President, Aamir Idrisi, while elaborating on the need for such events said, “We want the career fest to be a one-stop shop for all education needs with seminar on latest topics, participation of professional counsellors and guidance from experienced professionals providing directions on various career options, information on various government schemes through workshops and interactive discussions.”
