Kabul : At least six militants were killed and five others injured in Afghanistan’s Helmand province, a source said Monday.
“Three Taliban militants were killed when an improvised explosive device, they planted to target security forces went off prematurely along a main road in Nad Ali district Sunday night,” Mohammad Nasim Sangin, an official told Xinhua.
He said three militants were killed and five others injured after the Taliban attacked an army base in Nahr-i-Saraj district of the province Sunday.
