Women and transgender people from all walks of life gathered at Sundariah Vignana Kendram, Hyderabad in the hot afternoon on 4th April to talk about the March for change.
In view of the attacks on the constitution of India, on the rights of women and stifling of voices of dissent , attacks on minorities especially Muslims, Dalits, Christians and Adivasis the need to reclaim our republic and raise voices collectively against fascism, violence, hate, war and discrimination, the Call for Women’s March – a national level event was organised across India.
In Hyderabad the March began with songs, dances and talks by activists.
