Mumbai : Tata Investment Corp Ltd (TICL) has become a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd.
In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange, TICL said Tata Sons has acquired five million of its equity shares from Tata Chemicals Ltd.
Tata Sons Ltd now holds 54.98 percent of the paid-up capital of the company.
