Gaza : Four members of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) were killed and three others wounded in an Israeli airstrike on northern Gaza Strip late on Saturday, witnesses and medics said.
Mo’aweya Hassanein, chief of emergency and ambulance services in the Palestinian health ministry, told reporters that four people were killed and three wounded in the Israeli airstrike on northern Gaza Strip.
Hamas armed wing al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement that an Israeli aircraft fired a missile at a group of Hamas militants east of Jabalia town in northern Gaza Strip, killing four militants and wounding three others.
Earlier in the day, two Hamas militants were killed in two separate Israeli airstrikes on eastern Gaza City and southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah.
Moreover, three Hamas militants were killed after they carried out an armed attack on Kerem Shalom border crossing between southern Gaza Strip and Israel. Thirteen Israeli soldiers were injured in the ambush.
