Pune : Three people were killed when a jeep being driven from Mumbai to Pune hit a tree and overturned near here, police said.
Five others were injured in the Wednesday morning accident on the Mumbai-Pune Express highway at a place about 40 km from here. The dead were identified as Vaijyanath Namdev (37), Sandeep M Gujjar (25) and Ramchander Nanapet (48).
