Mumbai : Indian equities opened with a positive gap Monday, despite mixed global markets.
The 30 share benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Sensex, opened with a gain of 87.12 points at 17,687.00.
The S&P Nifty of the National Stock Exchange opened at 5,227.25 points with a marginal loss of one point.
