Bhubaneswar : The Orissa government Tuesday signed a deal with real estate major K Raheja Corporation to set up an IT park in three years in state capital Bhubaneswar.
The proposed park, with Raheja’s ‘Mindspace’ branding, will be developed jointly in public-private-partnership (PPP) mode, state Information Technology Minister Suryanarayan Patra told mediapersons here.
The state-owned Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) and K Raheja group will develop the park in about 30 acres of land with an investment of about Rs.2.5 billion, he said.
Although the land required for the park has not yet been finalised, we are working to find a suitable location, he said.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by Orissa IT Secretary Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra and K Raheja Corporation’s director Ravi C. Raheja.
