Riyadh : The Second plane of Saudi Relief Airlift program departed last night King Abdulaziz International Airport for Yangon, the Capital of Union of Myanmar, carrying 71 tons of foodstuffs, medicines, blankets and mats.
This came under the directives of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz in providing humanitarian aid to the Union of Myanmar to mitigate the effects of the cyclone Nargis and floods that swept many parts of the islands of the Union and claimed the lives of many of the inhabitants of these stricken islands.
