Brussels : EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, will participate in the EU-China ministerial troika taking place in Slovenia today.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to review several topics of the EU-China relations and to address recent developments in Asia and other international issues, particularly Iran and Africa, said a statement issued by Solanas office here Monday.
On Tuesday, the EU foreign policy chief will participate in the EU-US Summit hosted by the Prime Minister of Slovenia, Janez Jansa with the presence of the President of the United States, George Bush .
Global security issues , Middle East, and bilateral transatlantic partnership will be some of the topics on the agenda of the EU-US summit.
Slovenia holds the current EU Presidency.
