"I have to wait and see what is the manner Iran is going to relate with (IAEA Director General Mohamed) ElBaradei in Vienna. We will see how the situation evolves," Solana told Iranian news agency IRNA in Brussels Tuesday. "I will probably have a meeting with Dr. Larijani before the end of the month."

Larijani and Solana have met several times, the last being in Lisbon on June 23, to find ways to resolve the nuclear issue.

IAEA's ElBaradei said Monday that remaining issues on Iran's nuclear activities was the focal point of Iran's nuclear dispute in the past four years.

He told reporters on the sidelines of the IAEA's board of governors meet in Vienna that he welcomed Iranian invitation to the agency's delegation.
