Islamabad : Pakistan’s ruling coalition has decided to impeach President Pervez Musharraf and a session of the lower house of parliament is likely to be convened Aug 11, Dawn News channel reported Thursday.
More than 60 judges sacked by the retired army general will also be restored through an executive order, it added quoting a cabinet member, who spoke to the channel on condition of anonymity.
A formal announcement was expected later in the day.
