Lucknow : Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi will visit his parliamentary constituency of Amethi for three days from Thursday, party functionaries said.
“On the first day, he will hold a meeting with the newly-elected members of the village panchayats and senior congress workers, besides paying a surprise visit at a place in his constituency,” Uttar Pradesh congress spokesperson A.P. Singh told IANS Wednesday.
Besides holding a number of meetings with congress office-bearers and party workers throughout his constituency in the next two days, Gandhi will also lay the foundation of various central government projects, he added.
