MSO hopes new AMU students union will be constructive

New Delhi: Muslim Students Organisation of India (MSO) has extended congratulations to newly elected office bearers of Aligarh Muslim University Students Union and hoped the new union will “prove a beneficial and constructive AMU Students Union…and will not allow anti-social elements to vitiate the atmosphere of the campus.”

“We offer Dua that it will prove a beneficial and constructive AMU Students Union,” said Mr. Shujaat Ali Qaudri, National Spokesperson of MSO. “We hope that Union will work for the betterment of student community and will not allow the anti social elements to vitiate the atmosphere of the Campus,” Mr. Qaudri said.

He claimed that AMU unit of MSO and its supporters “had worked hard to bring a Union which will positively work for the betterment of all sections of students community and after this result we are of the view that now this Union is really a constructive Students Union.”

Mr. Qaudri promised that AMU Unit of the organization will cooperate with the AMUSU for the betterment of AMU.

In the union elections held on 10th Dec. 2011, Mr. Syed Sharique Ahmad was elected President, Mr. Abdul Qadir Jilani (Vice-President) and Mr. Hammad Nabi (Hony. Secretary).
