Mewat

Meos (or Muslims) are traditionally a strong community but for some reasons they have been most backward community in North India in education and economic development. Though still backward economically, Meos have begun to break self-imposed shackles as they are coming out of their home to learn. A sort of educational revolution is seen today in Mewat. Our special series on Mewat will take you deep in the area to let you see what’s happening there in the field of education.
