Dear Madam
Please refer to your e-mail to me dated Aug 1, 2007 where you complained that though your organization (GCI) is working for the help of the women family members / dependent relatives of about 80,000 Kashmiris who lost their lives during last more than fifteen years for the cause of Kashmir solution (unified J&K), hardly any body else (including most of the Kashmiris) is adequately concerned about the plight of these women.
You further explored in your said e-mail that whether I could do something to mitigate the plight of these women.
In reply to your said e-mail I sent an e-mail to you on Aug 1, 2007 saying that- I offer my services for the help of these hapless women and prepared to go and live in Kashmir valley (Shrinagar) in order to help these women victims.
In this e-mail I also requested you to let me know whom to meet (preferably first in Delhi) so that detailed program can be worked out for helping these women victims.
I am yet to hear from you (it seems there is no person of your organization at Delhi that is why you could not promptly respond to my offer)
Therefore you are requested to let me know the name and address of the person / persons of your organization in Shrinagar (Kashmir valley) whom I may meet in order to launch a NGO (if necessary) under the guidance / superintendence of your organization GCI so that apart from some social organizations, the Human Right Commissions and Governments of J&K / India / Pakistan / Pakistan administered Kashmir and United Nations can be properly & diligently approached in the interest of securing human rights of these women victims.
Regards.
Yours truly
Hem Raj Jain
