The Azeri government called on the ambassador to convey the report to Tehran, he said, adding that such demands are not considered as diplomatic tensions between the two neighbouring countries, he noted.

Azerbaijan’s National Security Ministry claimed in a statement that a 15-man Azeri group had cooperated with Iran’s intelligence services. However, Iranian officials denied any link with the group.
