Shimla : At least 15 people were killed and 25 injured Monday when the bus they were travelling in fell into a gorge in Himachal Pradesh's Sirmaur district, police said.
The accident took place at around 2 p.m. in a remote mountainous area near Noradhar, around 120 km from here. The private bus was on its way from Gathadhar to Solan.
"Fifteen people died immediately. The injured have been admitted to hospital and five of them are said to be critical," said a police official.
"The cause of the accident is not yet clear," he said.
