New Delhi : Former Indian captain Chandu Borde was Tuesday named manager of the Indian cricket team for its coming Ireland and England series.
The announcement was made by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), which met here.
Borde's name was proposed by BCCI president Sharad Pawar and unanimously accepted by the working committee.
