Bangladesh win toss, ask India to bat in second Test

Dhaka : Bangladesh won the toss and asked India to bat in the second and final cricket Test at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here Friday.

India gave a Test cap to lanky Delhi pacer Ishant Sharma. He replaced Vikram Raj Vir Singh for the only change in the XI that played in the drawn first match in Chittagong.

Bangladesh made two changes. They brought in Mohammad Sharif in place of Enamul Haque (junior) and Syed Rasel replaced Shahadat Hossain, who has the flu.

This is the first Test at this stadium with all previous matches in Dhaka – 17 Tests and 58 One-day Internationals – being held at the Bangabandhu Stadium.
