Jerusalem : The Israeli Army has arrested a Palestinian minister belonging to the radical Islamic Hamas movement in the town of Jenin in the West bank, Israeli Radio reported Saturday.
The arrest of minister without portfolio Wasfi Kabcham, who spent one month in army custody in 2006, took place Friday evening.
The army arrested Palestinian Education Minister Nasser al-Shaer, also a Hamas member, a few days ago.
