Thiruvananthapuram : Oman Air, the national carrier of Oman, will connect to Jaipur from Friday, making the city its eighth destination in India.
In a statement, the airline said Thursday that it would operate four direct flights on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Oman Air CEO Ziad bin Karim Al Haremi said India was "a very important destination" and the Indian travel market was one of the fastest growing in the world.
Oman Air now flies to Mumbai, New Delhi, Kochi, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, Lucknow and Jaipur.
