Jaipur : In recognition of the work of jewellers, Gold Souk and Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS) have announced the launch of JJS Gold Souk Jewellery Awards here Tuesday.
The awards will be given at a function on Dec 23. They will honour stalwarts of the jewellery industry for their achievements.
Disclosing this here at a press conference Tuesday, Ashish Gupta, joint managing director, Aerens Gold Souk Group, said: “The jewellery awards are a platform to bring the jewellery industry together and honour them for their achievements and contribution to the trade.”
Ajay Kala, joint secretary, JJS, said: “JJS has emerged as the second largest jewellery show in India. It has always been in the forefront as a showcase of new trends in jewellery. This is our way of appreciating everybody in the trade.”
To bring transparency and professionalism to the entire activity, management consultants KPMG has been appointed as the process validators for this entire event.
Jaipur Jewellery Show, the second largest show in India, is organised annually by eminent jewellers of Jaipur.
