Thiruvananthapuram : US Technology International Pvt Ltd, a California-based IT firm that has its Indian headquarters in Technopark here, will now be known as UST Global.
In a statement to the press issued here Monday by Dan Gupta, chairman and CEO of UST Global, the company said that this reflects the company’s mission to bring new standards of best offshore IT sourcing and delivery services to enterprises throughout the global marketplace.
UST Global started eight years ago as a provider of software outsourcing services, with a focus on the Fortune 500 market in the US. As worldwide enterprise demand for its services grew, the company expanded its operations into several countries in Europe and Asia.
“Since the company maintains a strong focus on its values and culture, it was important to ensure that the new brand retains the trust and professional identity that it has developed since its inception. The decision was made to adopt a market name that blended the original charter with its current global business model,” said Gupta.
