Sachin, Dar felicitated for personal milestones

Mumbai : Sachin Tendulkar and Pakistani umpire Aleem Dar were respectively felicitated for playing 400 One-Day Internationals and officiating in 100 ODIs during the seventh and final India-Australia match here Wednesday.

Tendulkar, who played his 400th match in Nagpur, and Dar, who became the first Asian to officiate his 100th ODI here, were presented silver salvers by Indian cricket board president Sharad Pawar at the Wankhede Stadium.

Pawar, who is also president of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), presented another memento to Tendulkar on behalf of the MCA.
