Iran-Mohammadi -relations Deputy FM: Iran keen to expand relations with all states except Israel

Hamadan : Iran’s deputy foreign minister in research an education affairs said Sunday that Iran is ready to broaden relations with all countries except the Zionist regime.

Speaking to journalists in this western city, Manouchehr Mohammadi said expanding interaction with all countries especially in the third world is among top priorities of the government.

Mohammadi remarked that while Tehran is for strenghening its foreign connections with all states, the Europe has limited its relations with Iran due to the US pressures.

On Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities, he said that the recent report of the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency “Mohammad Al-Baradei” to the governing council of this UN Atomic body has compromised the situation in the Security Council for issuing a resolution in this regard. He said that the 5+1 group is no longer united as before, and China, Russia and Europe are not expected to fully align themselves with the US.

Mohammadi also said that the main aspect of the Islamic Revolution is one of culture which has won over military, political and economic powers.

He also said that a comprehensive progran has been mapped out to realize coherence in the Muslim world in a bid to thwart enemies’ machinations. Mohammadi remarked that enemies’ efforts to drive a wedge between Shiites and Sunis are to no avail.
