Bangalore : State-run Vijaya Bank posted a net profit of Rs.3.6 billion for fiscal 2007-08 as against Rs.3.3 billion in the previous fiscal (2006-07), registering a nine percent year-on-year (YoY) growth.
In a notification to the stock exchanges Saturday, the listed bank said its total income increased to Rs.44.20 billion for the fiscal under review (FY 2008) from Rs.30.87 billion in fiscal 2007, posting a 43.2 percent YoY growth.
The bank has recommended a final dividend of 20 percent for last fiscal.
