Islamabad : Police Saturday in an eastern Pakistani city rescued two sisters from their brother’s 15 years of captivity.
Local news channels showed footage of two sisters, who were being held in their house in eastern Lahore city, 370 kilometers southeast of Islamabad, for 15 years by their brother.
Police when raided the house to rescue them, found the sisters chained by neck and they could barely move because of poor health.
Police said that during the captivity, their brother severely tortured them to the point where both have lost their minds and that he also did not give them food for several days.
Police have shifted the frail sisters to a hospital and said that it has registered a case against their brother, who is at large.
