Lucknow : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch a state-wide agitation against terrorism from Dec 10, party officials said.
“BJP will carry out anti-terrorism demonstrations in all the 71 districts across the state,” the state unit’s spokesperson H.N. Dixit told reporters here Tuesday.
The Nov 26 terrorist attacks in Mumbai had exposed the claims of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government on fighting terrorism with all vigour and strength, he added.
During the demonstrations, the party will also organise public gatherings, inviting veteran freedom fighters and families of the terror strike victims to share their thoughts for combating terror, Dixit said
