Palestinian President praises Saudi’s assistance to Palestinians

Riyadh : Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas expressed Tuesday his appreciation to the noble Saudi attitudes towards the Palestinian people since the era of the late founder King Abdul-Aziz and stretched to the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz.

This came in a letter received by the Minister of the Interior and general supervisor of the Saudi Committee for the Relief of Palestinian people, Prince Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz from Abbas.

President Abbas praised the white hands of the Kingdom’s leadership, government and people towards the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people which contributed to the steadfastness in the face of occupation and alleviating the suffering of the Palestinians through the People’s Committee for the Relief of Palestinian people.

He pointed to another valuable assistance provided by Saudi Arabia to the Palestinian people, including the establishment of 100 housing units on in the name of city of King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz for widows, in addition to the establishment of a technical and vocational training center for women and poor people with special needs in the governorate of Hebron in the West Bank Palestine.
