National Conference yet to decide on trust vote

By IANS,

New Delhi : National Conference president Omar Abdullah Tuesday said his party was yet to take a decision on voting for or against the ruling United Progressive Alliance (UPA) in parliament.

“I don’t know,” Abdullah told IANS when asked if his party would support the India-US nuclear deal – the bone of contention between the UPA and the Left parties which withdrew their support to the government Tuesday.

“My party is not adequately informed about the deal. As and when we are informed, we will form an opinion,” he said. The National Conference has two MPs.
