Tehran : A total of 4,951 articles from 143 countries have so far been submitted to the International Festival on Last Saviour.
Announcing this, director of International Affairs Center of the festival Yasser Barkhordari said that most of entries have been submitted from the US, 1583 works, Britain, 945 works, Kuwait, 878 works, Germany, 407 works, Romania, 221 works and Sweden, 180 works.
Executive secretary of the festival Mohammad Sadeq Afrasiabi also said that a total of 12,000 works from Iran and other countries have been forwarded to the secretariat of the event in 14 categories including articles, poetry, literature and short story.
Those willing to take part in the event should submit their works no later than August 5, he said.
Three top works in each section will receive valuable prizes and certificate of honors.
Last Saviour implies Imam Mahdi (AS), twelfth Imam of infallible household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), who is currently in occultation.
