Islamabad : Eleven kidnapped tribesmen were killed by militants in northwestern Pakistan’s tribal region on Monday, local TV reported.
The militants killed the eleven tribesmen of Tori tribe after torturing them in Kurram tribal agency, Geo TV channel said.
The tribesmen were abducted four days ago, and the tortured dead bodies were found in the tribal region on Monday.
The Tori tribe has vowed to stage a protest against the killing.
Kurram Agency, one of seven self-governed tribal agencies in restive northwestern Pakistan, has seen frequent tribal and sectarian clashes in the past months.
