New Delhi : China and India are going on their bilateral conversations on demarcation of their border lines, but it will take some time to solve this difficult problem, both parties coincided here Friday.
Beijing and New Delhi insisted on keeping the peace along their mutual border to ensure there will not be any incidents or confrontations, said Indian press agency PTI Friday.
Special representatives from both countries are efficiently working, they are making progress, but it takes time and great efforts for a final agreement, said Chinese Foreign Affairs Assistant Minister He Yafei, mentioned by PTI.
“We feel optimistic for this border discussion to be soon solved, if we keep the long-term interests of our mutual peoples in mind and in our hearts,” Yafei pointed out.
The representatives of both countries have already made 11 conversation rounds up to now.
There are some other litigious points, but the main dispute is centered in the border line between the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh and the Chinese autonomous region of Tibet.
